A flock of geese just flew over my office, their brassy fanfare a humorous nod to the profound realization that had me stepping out of my head and into my heart. As geese form lifelong bonds, this is the teaching of dedication and unity - embrace commitment in relationships. 

It ALL begins with me….my attunement (healing is participatory), my practices (doing the homework), and my awareness (focusing on the good). The pillars of a Heart of Pleasure.

I believe that knowing how to create safety for myself in both my body and my mind is the most important step to cultivating a sublime intimate relationship with myself. From there, unearthing ecstasy becomes possible and will likely manifest in unexpected ways. And this is divine.
