Being on this beautiful planet for 64 years has given me much time to gather and to become the Sage, Elder, and Mystic I am today. I am referred to lovingly as Earth Mama P, and as a Transformational Life Coach & Somatic Sex Practitioner I excel at providing a safe space to explore, learn and evolve.
I founded the Heart of Pleasure Project to help women reconnect with themselves through their heart and body. This intimate connection with oneself, first and foremost, is the magic to transforming tense, challenging relationships into fun-loving, pleasure-filled relationships with our families, friends, children, lovers, co-workers, spouses as we deepen our sense of belonging.
With nurturing enthusiasm, I guide clients to gain somatic awareness-the powerful art of listening to the wisdom of the body to heal and embody pleasure in new and vibrant ways. In this work together, I empower and challenge clients to tap into the wellspring of intuitive energy that lives within all of us (especially women). Together we will practice using tools within a safely contained environment that will train the mind to follow the body with assured trust…working from the ‘neck down’.
About Me, Pam Villeneuve
If the question arises for you…What does sex and my eroticism have to do with my life as a woman with family, work, faith, partnership, friendships, finances and health? The answer is…EVERYTHING! I proved it to myself to be true!
The breadth of my experience from years of teaching includes many forms of movement/dance, breathwork, yoga (RYT200) and emotional attunement tools. As a certified Somatic Sex Practitioner through Jaiya’s Erotic Blueprint Program, I will guide you through practices and processes that will open you to new realms of pleasure & sexual wellness…creating a pleasure repertoire to ignite passion and possibilities. Some other completed certifications that I utilize in my work include Orgasmic Arc Framework, UPLVL Communication and collaboration with The Clear Mind Project.
I am a graduate of the Mastery Program of the School of Womanly Arts under Regena Thomashauer, as well as a graduate of the Hags School under the tutelage of Danielle Dulsky (author of Wild Woman Spirituality, among many books). These gatherings have given me a plethora of experience from which to draw as I mentor in ways tailored exclusively for each individual and their unique essence.
After many years of recovery work, with 34 years of sobriety, I am well practiced in the inner workings of AA, Alanon, Breakthrough Programs for Co-dependency, psychodrama group therapy, and 1:1 talk therapy. Serving my community’s body, mind, and spirit during my late thirties as a co-owner of Healthways Holistic Center, also contributed to my expanded experience with health foods, herbs, alternative healthcare practitioners and alternative spiritual practices.
My love and connection to movement growing up manifested in the success of a 15-year-old business and nonprofit, Dance Conservatory of Maryland and Harford Ballet Company. While I had to let it go, it’s legacy continues to live on for the community. My decision to let go was an intuitive choice to first save my soul, and then with the hope to heal my marriage and family… a tender time for both of my sons, the youngest with serious disabilities requiring 24/7 care.
I chose to let it begin with Me.
Through these major challenges and the unpacking of my own sexual trauma suitcase, I have stayed married, feeling it ALL, and finding a true intimacy and a sexual rebirth with myself and my partner in this amazing life. In addition to a private practice, I also currently serve as the Chief Heart Officer at DTC, Inc. In this role, I have the honor of guiding humans who are part of a workforce toward a heart of pleasure by helping them connect to their company values in a way that positively impacts individual success. In doing so, new opportunities arise for the company’s continued evolution to serve its clients with heart...truly a pleasure to witness this growth in our humanity.
